Terms of Service for SageMode.gg

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SageMode.gg ("Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Registration

• Riot Sign On (RSO): To access certain features, you must link your Riot Games account via RSO. You grant SageMode limited access to your Riot ID, summoner data, and match history for Service functionality.

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

2.2 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violations of these Terms.

• Fraudulent or harmful behavior.

• Non-payment of subscription fees.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership

• SageMode Content: All guides, logos, and software are owned by SageMode or licensed partners. Use requires prior written permission.

• User-Generated Content (UGC): By submitting UGC (e.g., guides, reviews), you grant SageMode a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it.

3.2 Prohibited Content

UGC must not:

• Infringe third-party rights.

• Contain hate speech, malware, or illegal material.

• Mislead or impersonate others.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Fees

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly/annually unless canceled 24 hours before renewal.

• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4.2 Monetized Guides

• The platform is free, and monetization terms are negotiated with SageMode.

• By default, creators receive 15% of all subscription fees unless otherwise negotiated.

• Payouts to creators are only made for subscription amounts exceeding 100€.

• Refunds for monetized content are at SageMode’s discretion.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Service: The Service is provided without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or compatibility with third-party games.

• Liability Cap: SageMode’s liability is limited to fees paid in the last 6 months. Excludes indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

6. Third-Party Services

• Riot Games Integration: SageMode is not affiliated with Riot Games. Riot’s Terms govern your use of their services.

• External Links: We are not responsible for third-party content or websites.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: Disputes under these Terms are governed by German law.

• Arbitration: Claims must be resolved through binding arbitration in Potsdam, Germany.

8. Changes to Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check the "Last Updated" date for revisions.
